Hi I’m Dan Eveland with mortgage interest
rates for December 6 2018. We’re seeing
the stock market be very volatile today.
We’re down at the peak 800 points.
We’re off that low right now which is
good for the stock market. As you can see
from the graph the 4% Fannie Mae coupon
broke through that that next level to
what we bump up against and it came all
the way back down to what are we opened
which is good and bad obviously we saw
people moving money into the bonds, but
then we lost that gain so I would
suggest locking if you’re in a position
to lock right now. It doesn’t seem as if
we’re gonna probably get much better
unless we really get some more bad news
economically. We’re just kind of seeing
this big sell-off and maybe the begin of
the end of a bull market.
So which mortgage rates usually
capitalized on, but we’ll see here in the
next week whether that continues or not.
But I would suggest locking if you’re
in position to. Have a good day!
